I recently had work done by 048Plumbing and I couldn't be happier with their service. The level of communication they provided was excellent, keeping me up-to-date at all stages of the process from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, until completion of the job. The plumber (I don’t recall his name) arrived promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my drain, explaining very clearly what had caused the problem, therefore I could prevent any future issues (and cost!). The pricing was very good, and explained to me clearly, with no hidden fees or surprises. Can’t comment on their plumbing work, but I can comment on their driving: A driver in a large 048 Plumber truck pulled directly out in front of me on Blackwall Road, forcing me to slam on my brakes and come to a complete stop. There was no apology or even acknowledgment of the situation—just someone who decided to pull out rather than show a little patience and wait a bit longer. Luckily, there was no one behind me, or it could have easily resulted in a rear-end collision. If they’re this careless on the road, it makes me wonder about their attention to detail in their work.

I recently had a situation involving my 5 year old, his doll house people and our toilet. 048 Plumber Central Coast were there immediately and the issue was resolved as if they deal with this kind of thing every day. While there they were more than happy to fix up a loose tap and a semi-blocked the kitchen sink drain too. Friendly service from first contact through to payment. Bonus points for great pricing too. Will definitely keep their number for next time =)
